Shipping Policies

Support your local post office!
We ship every Thursday.
Our team is pretty small, so in order to best use our time, we limit shipping to once a week. Every Thursday we will ship out all orders and pain invoices. Any order placed after 4PM on Thursday will be shipped out the following Thursday.
Contact us if something arrives damaged.
If your item arrived broken, please message us and provide pictures. We will do our best to get the item replaced or refunded for you.
International Shipping
Please be aware that if an order includes items that are prohibited by Customs, we will have to cancle that part of your order. We will always notify you via email when this happens.
Pick-up in Millvale
You can order online for pickup at our location in Millvale. It may take a day or so to get your order together, so make sure you get the 'order is ready for pickup' email before you head our way!

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be done for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging. Please contact us to arrange your return.
