Shipping Policies

We ship every Thursday.
Our team is pretty small, so in order to best use our time, we limit shipping to once a week. Every Thursday we will ship out all orders and pain invoices. Any order placed after 4PM on Thursday will be shipped out the following Thursday.
Stickers ship for the price of a stamp!
If you’re only shopping for stickers or if you join our sticker club, the shipping charge is only $0.58. We send these orders through regular mail with a stamp! This saves you money on shipping costs for such small items but it does mean that there is no tracking available. If you would like your sticker to be shipped with tracking, please message us so that we can calculate the shipping cost for you.
Contact us if something arrives damaged.
If your item arrived broken, please message us and provide pictures. We will do our best to get the item replaced or refunded for you.
International Shipping
Our international shipping charge is $35. Please be aware that if an order includes items that are prohibited by Customs, we will have to cancle that part of your order. We will always notify you via email when this happens.
Pick-up at our store in Millvale
Now that we have a real storefront, you can order online for pickup right in our store! It may take a day or so to get your order together, so make sure you get the 'order is ready for pickup' email before you head our way!
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the current global pandemic, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. We sincerely apologize, but we want to keep our workers and our customers safe.
