We All Eat is a newly forming, employee-owned coop dedicated to diverting at-risk youth from the school-to-prison pipeline. Young adults, 18-23 years old, are offered training on urban agriculture and the advanced manufacturing processes. They have access to a laser, CNC router, and 3-D printer, as well as the ability to participate in all components of their food system, thanks to a partnership with Soil Sisters Plant Nursery.
