Hi, I'm Amy. I've been a witch for almost 15 years. I have Wiccan training, but consider myself to be more of an eclectic solitary Pagan. I have an affinity for crystals and have many specimens in addition to all of my lovelies that I use in my jewelry creations. I read tarot cards but still have a tendency to not trust my intuition enough. I am a level 2 Reiki practitioner and will charge my jewelry upon request at no additional charge. I do create all of my wares with positive intention, and they are infused with my energy, which people say is more Mother-like than Crone-like, although that's technically what I am! I try to incorporate my spiritual practices in my everyday life and have used magick to help me through my divorce, as well as for healing for myself and my loved ones (which definitely includes FRIENDS!).

As a jewelry designer and owner of Maiden and Crone Adornments, I create unique and custom woven wire and wire-wrapped gemstone jewelry. I do my best to select crystals that are beautiful examples of their kind, and which have helpful metaphysical properties.I generally start the creation of a piece by selecting the stone, which I do source from all over the world. I then select wire which complements or enhances the colors in the stone and will start with a not-totally-formed idea of how I want the piece to look. I am known for completing 2/3 of a piece and then setting it aside while I listen to the stone tell me how to proceed! I've been wire wrapping and weaving for about 9 years, and still aspire to learn more complex and beautiful techniques to bring to new creations. I am a member of the Craftsman's Guild of Pittsburgh.
